We employ an Arts editor - Angus Reid, who together with our comrades at Manifesto Press has overseen this book alongside one of our voluntary poetry editors, Alistair Findlay - and we think that the skills and curatorship that they have brought to this collection is a model for how trade unions should engage with culture throughout the movement. Only we can create the culture that reflects our strengths and hopes and diversity.
