Manifesto Press are proud to launch a series of concise guides to major issues of the day. The guides will cover, inter alia;
political economy; the environment; technology and its impact on workers; the interaction of education, ideology and the media in creating consent and justifying inequality; the realities of the refugee “crisis; the culture “war” as a derivative of the class war; population growth and its impact.
Information: facts figures and trends, reflecting the reality behind the tendentious headlines and distorted narrative of the dominant media; will also include the information they leave out.
Ammunition: concrete analysis and presentation of cogent arguments against common right-wing tropes and myths.
The first three Guides, out in July/August 2023, will be:

(a compilation of the Straight Left columns in Unity magazine over the last 18 months, focusing on the real causes of the inflation crisis and exposing the cant sold us by the government and bourgeois economics, and their wholly inappropriate solutions.)
